IP23 metal structure resistive casing.
The casing of the RXT series uses RMS nude wire-wound spark plugs. The frame of the enclosure is made of galvanized steel and has an IP23 degree of protection. The power terminals are nickel plated brass screw terminals and are found inside a terminal box. The box is equipped with thermal pad with proper terminal on the outside of the metal strap.

The main areas of application are industrial automation and the energy sector.
2. For what types of applications is it used?
The product is used: as a dynamic braking resistor, as grounding of the neutral resistance, as a motor starting resistance and as a load resistor.
1. What are the electrical specifications?
The RXT family provides for 9 models with power ratings from 3 kW to 120 kW. The models that can be purchased from the website have a power range between 3 kW and 20 kW. The ohmic value varies from 0.13 Ω to 560 Ω. The maximum voltage of use is 1500 V.
2. What are the overload conditions?
The resistance can be overloaded with respect to its nominal power based on the working cycle (insertion and rest time). For duration pulse less than one second, the overload permissible also depends on the ohmic value.
3. What is the temperature of the resistance?
The temperature of the resistance depends on the power that it will dissipate. The rated power value indicated in the data sheet refers to a temperature on the cap of about 200°C.
1. How must I install the product?
The resistance must be mounted with the base resting on a floor and must be kept raised by at least 10 cm to allow the passage of air.
